No. Pilot pricing is subject to change while the product takes shape.
02Are there other costs?
Annual billing and a one-time setup fee may apply. Ask us for the details for your department.
03Does HTTPS cost extra?
No. Every plan includes HTTPS on your Rescuezu subdomain and on your own domain. We set up the certificate for you, so there is nothing to buy or renew each year.
04What does Operations include, and what does it cost?
Operations is its own plan, above Community. It adds a personnel roster with certifications and expiration dates, apparatus and equipment records, checklist inspections, and training attendance, plus an officer role for the people who keep those records. It is available now at pilot pricing; talk to us for the details for your department. See operations.
05Do you offer a regional or county option?
Yes. Several departments can join under one agreement. Talk to us about your region.
