Yes. Your content is yours. Download your form submissions anytime, and we will export your pages, posts, photos and submissions on request.

Only what you need to follow up, such as a name, a way to reach them and the role they are interested in, along with a consent notice. We never ask applicants for a Social Security number, date of birth or medical information.

No. Rescuezu is not a dispatch, CAD, paging, alerting or ePCR system. For emergencies, the public should always call 911. Every Rescuezu site shows the 911 notice on every page.

Rescuezu sites are built to WCAG 2.2 AA, and photo uploads prompt for alt text. See accessibility.

No. Every plan includes HTTPS on your Rescuezu subdomain and on your own domain. We set up the certificate for you, so there is nothing to buy or renew each year.

Operations is its own plan, above Community. It adds a personnel roster with certifications and expiration dates, apparatus and equipment records, checklist inspections, and training attendance, plus an officer role for the people who keep those records.
